My hair is about 2-3 inches in length. My hair has not been cut in a while.  My eyebrows are really needing shaping.  I need your help with brow shaping. . It is growing back curly. How long does my hair have to be to get extentions?

I want someon who is excellent at waxing eye brows.!!  I have naturally curly hair and would need to have it pressed or flat-ironed before I style it into an "up-do." i am confused about what my eye brows would be classified  would be classified as. my natural hair color is dark brown almost black i colored my hair golden brown since then my hair has grown out about 2 inches. Any my brows are a mixture of the two.   i am interested in coloring my hair golden blonde and coloing my brows..   oh yahh  and wax them too.  .My question is would that make my situation a color correction or just a full tint or both?

I was browsing the website getting some ideas for hair color and waxing my really unruly hairy eye  brows!! and I noticed DeAnna, in the hair makeover pictures. I believe she is picture 12. I absolutely loved what you did to her hair! I was just wondering, since I live in Michigan and all, what to tell my stylist to get the color and high and low lights like hers!  Or could you maybe mail me your scissor and wax and tweezer  LOL  If you could e-mail me back that would be great!
